About Us

Welcome to our small, private hybrid tutoring center in the vibrant coastal community of Puerto Aventuras, in the heart of the Mexican Riviera Maya. We support students from Grades 3 to 12 through a low-key, personalized blend of online learning and in-person tutoring, academic reinforcement, and individualized guidance

Through our partnership with Edmentum International, students complete their official schooling using a fully accredited U.S. online curriculum. Edmentum provides qualified subject teachers, assigns and grades coursework, offers direct academic feedback, and issues U.S.-accredited end-of-year certification aligned to international standards.

Our role at THOL is to provide a safe, nurturing, and motivating environment where students can progress confidently through their online curriculum. Our learning guides offer on-site tutoring, academic support, organizational coaching, and one-on-one assistance to help students stay focused, build strong study habits, and deepen their understanding of core subjects.

Education at THOL extends beyond academics. Each afternoon we offer creative, hands-on experiences—including visual arts, drama, music, gardening, and life-skills workshops—that encourage personal expression, confidence, and real-world learning.

We are deeply committed to cultivating a community where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired. Our hybrid approach empowers learners to develop independence, creativity, resilience, and the confidence to pursue international university pathways through Edmentum’s accredited program.
